Leave the fee override empty for the standard subscription; enter 0.00 for complimentary membership. An already-created renewal retains its original snapshotted amount. Changing a renewal date cancels any outstanding old-date renewal.
Departures are kept separately in the Former members register. This action does not delete records.
Development test member 0000 only. Remove the renewal, payment and associated email activity while keeping this member.
DEVELOPMENT ONLY
This permanently removes the test member's renewal, payment, email dispatch and email log records. Member 0000, its renewal date, scheduler history and the administrator audit history are preserved. Emails already delivered cannot be recalled.
MEMBER STATUS
The member will move to Former members. Unpaid renewal records will be cancelled, but existing payments and logs will be retained.
The member becomes active. Their previous departure remains in the admin audit log.
